Matthews and Goodman - Industrial Sale - Warrington, Cheshire

Acting on behalf of developer, Henry Boot Developments (Warrington) Limited, commercial property consultants Matthews & Goodman have advised on the sale of an industrial investment at Europa Court, Europa Boulevard, Warrington.

The scheme comprises a terrace of modern warehouse premises let to DHL, National Grid Gas and Ideal Industries producing an annual income of £333,677. The properties sold for £4,175,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 7.56%.
