Fred Perry, the iconic fashion brand, is to open at Dukes Lane in Brighton.

The shop is one of its Limited Edition "Laurel" shops.

A new 10 year lease on 1/2 Dukes Lane has been negotiated at a rent of £65,000 pax. The unit comprises a ground floor of 700 sq ft and a basement of 400 sq ft.

Fred Perry (whose customers over the years have included Pete Townshend, Paul Weller, Vinnie Jones and Ewan McGregor) are the latest addition to Dukes Lane, where other recent signings include Ted Baker and Ghost.

Cheval Properties acquired Dukes Lane last year and are advised by twentyretail.

Fred Perry were represented by Michael Peddar & Co.
