The Drivers Jonas (DJ) Marketing team has been awarded the Best In-House Marketing Team at the 2008 Property Marketing Awards organised by Estates Gazette and the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, the fourth year in a row they have won this accolade.

The awards recognise excellence in property marketing and was attended by 500 people at the Grosvenor Marriott Hotel in London on Wednesday 30 April. In order to fulfil the judging criteria, DJ's submission captured each member of the 12-strong team highlighting a unique selling point of their responsibilities. In addition, each area of the marketing strategy was addressed with facts, figures and costs and, where possible, the results to the business, return on investment and client commendations. Supporting marketing materials demonstrated the full mix of activities including brochures, invitations, newsletters and promotional goods.

Liz Peace, Chief Executive of The British Property Federation, and chair of the judging panel commented on the submission: "Witty, with good use of simple ideas and well put together. It was refreshingly different and original and well demonstrated the range of services on offer."

Marketing Partner, Richard Crook said: "This is a great achievement for Drivers Jonas and the marketing team. It takes a great team effort to win these awards, and is testament to all the hard work over a challenging year twinned with the difficult balance between saving costs and marketing fresh new services. DJ is lucky to have such a talented and dedicated marketing team and to win the award one year is a great result, but to win it four years in a row is amazing!"
