Savills - Appointment - Bristol, Avon

Savills has expanded its commercial offer in Bristol with the appointment of Paul Williams who will head a new office agency department at its Embassy House office on Queens Avenue.

Paul, who joins the company as a director, has more than 15 years experience in the Bristol office market having joined from Colliers CRE, where he was also a director following its take over of specialist niche practice Lipfriend Dawson in 1995. At Savills, Paul will work closely with head of office and investment, Andrew Main, and head of the Western region and development, Richard Rees, as well as the national office agency team.

The office already advises on a number of significant mixed-use development projects in Bristol including Temple Quarter for South West of England Regional Development Agency (SWRDA) and the redevelopment of land between Temple Meads station and Temple Quay for SWRDA and Network Rail, with which Paul will become involved.
