Innes England - Retail Letting - Allenton, Derby

Innes England, acting on behalf of a private client, is pleased to announce the letting of a retail unit at Osmaston Road in Allenton, Derby.

The lease is being taken on by a franchise of the well recognised sandwich shop, Subway. The property, which consists of a ground floor retail and kitchen area of 650 sq ft, has been let on a 15 year lease.

As with all Subway outlets the property will be given a full refit to reflect the well recognised branding of the organisation and will contribute to the plans to open over 2010 Subway stores in the UK by 2010.
