Standard Life Investments - Retail Letting - Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria

Standard Life Investments Funds Limited has let a retail store at Hollywood Park in Barrow-in-Furness to Dreams.

The beds specialist has taken a 10,033 sq ft (932 sq m) store at a rent of £16.50 per sq ft (£178 per sq m) on a new 15-year lease. The retail park is fully let to Comet, Currys and JJB Sports as well as other leisure operators.
