Deramore Property Group, advised by Strutt & Parker, has sold the freehold interest of 111-112 High Street, Winchester, to OMC Ltd, for £2.8 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.06%.

The 2,300 sq ft retail unit is let to UK fashion retailer, Phase 8 Ltd, on a 15 year lease, at a rent of £150,000 per annum.
