Trilogie - Offices General - UK

Date: 12 May 2008

The new corporate real estate advisor formed by the merger of CPM Consulting, Martindale CRE and Commercial Relocation Consultants in February of this year, and whose Executive Chairman is Alan Froggatt, is to change its name in parallel with the Company's move to new premises on May 12th.

The Company will now be known as Trilogie Corporate Real Estate. The change from the original name results from a challenge to the use of the name by Trident Building Consultancy. Although Froggatt and his Board did not believe there was any "ownership" of the Trident name, in the spirit of good relations and because the new Company is at early stages, it was decided to clear any potential conflict now and choose a new name.

"Trilogie still reflects the concept that we are three companies coming together to offer a whole corporate real estate package," said Froggatt.

The Company aims to provide independent real estate consultancy to UK corporates, particularly targeting the FTSE 250s and UK divisions of multi- nationals, which it believes are not a target market for the global surveying firms.

Trilogie now consists of around 30 employees, who will be moving into new offices at Neptune House, Mercury Business Park , Wooburn Green, Bucks on May 12th. "It will be great to get everyone under one roof." says Froggatt. "And we wanted to be in the M25, M40, and M4 triangle." He continued, "There are exciting opportunities out there, particularly as market conditions get more difficult for companies. We are looking forward to building Trilogie into the leading independent consultancy in the UK advising corporate occupiers."

Roger Watts, Trident Building Consultancy Chairman, said, "I am very pleased that we have been able to sort this out amicably and without the need for legal action. Trident has built up a strong and well respected brand over the last 10 years as a building surveyor and project manager and the outcome means we can continue to build on this reputation without confusion. We appreciate the conciliatory approach which Alan and his team have taken to this issue and we wish them well."
