Agents at Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have reported that their client, Ask Developments, has sold its former HQ at Deansgate Quay to Paul Doherty International for £1,360,000. The purchaser was represented by Drivers Jonas.

The high specification canal side premises, which extend to 4,939 sq. ft, comprise completely self-contained office accommodation including a boardroom, smaller meeting rooms and seven on-site car parking spaces.
