Alder King - Offices Sale - Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Property consultants Alder King have disposed of over 13,000 sq ft in the final phase of Cirencester Office Park, on behalf of Morcroft Property Developments.

In the latest deal on the park, 1,889 sq ft was sold to Pure Power, a specialist supplier of temporary power for entertainment events. Pure Power purchased the virtual freehold property for £320,000.

Alder King also let 11,365 sq ft to the Corin Group, a leading manufacturer and supplier of orthopaedic devices. The Corin Group took the unit on a new ten year lease at a rent of £14 per sq ft.
