Rapleys LLP - Offices Letting - London

Following a sustained period of growth, Rapleys LLP has acquired a new London office to accommodate its ongoing expansion drive. The move will see Rapleys relocate from its existing premises on Maddox Street, W1 to a new office on nearby Great Marlborough Street.

The firm has enjoyed significant growth over recent years, recording an 89% growth in fee income over the past five years, from £6.5m to year-end April 2003 to £12.3m to year-end April 2008. This growth has been fuelled by an increase in new instructions on the motor trade and retail agency side, along with an increased volume of work in the planning and professional services disciplines.

The new office at 51-53 Great Marlborough Street, London offers 9,150 sq ft (850 sq m) of accommodation and Rapleys has taken a 10-year lease on the premises, which was previously occupied by Logica.

Rapleys' London office has 52 employees (11 of whom are partners) and is also used as a meeting place and London-base by other employees from Rapleys' national network of offices. The new larger premises will accommodate the growth derived from a recent recruitment drive and some major new instructions
