The building, which extends to 50,156 sq.ft, has been let to ICS Cool Energy Ltd on a new full repairing insuring lease.
ICS Cool Energy Ltd are the UK`s leading supplier of Packaged Chillers and Thermo-regulators to the Process Cooling market and are consolidating their business and expanding their existing facilities in the New Forest & Fareham.
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell acted on behalf of landlords, Solent Investment Properties Ltd, and Atis Real Southampton advised the tenants.
Holloway Illife & Mitchell, director, Derek Holloway comments: "There were a number of interested parties for Brook 50 underlying the remaining difficulty that some companies have to find the right property in the current marketplace." Derek Holloway originally sold the building to Solent Investments Ltd when the building was previously owned and occupied by Millbrook Furnishing Industries.
