The sale of Unit 11 Wigwam Court, Hucknall has just been completed to Restoration and Cleaning specialists Bonsers. Acting jointly with Lambert Smith Hampton, Alastair Fearn of FHP negotiated the deal with Bonsers for the purchase of Unit 11 which extends to 2,249ft² at a purchase price of £175,000.

Wigwam Court is a purpose built 11 unit development on Wigwam Lane, Hucknall and is already home to:-

* Martindales
* DTW Insulations
* Nottingham Building Plastics

Bonsers are the third occupier to sign up for this development and with two other units Under Offer only half of this scheme remains available. Jo Bonser of Bonsers commented:-

"I have been looking for a suitable building to facilitate our expansion for some time and Wigwam Court fitted the bill perfectly as it provides good quality accommodation and a secure location as well as being close to Junction 27 of the M1 Motorway and the Nottingham Tram System. We will be fitting out the unit to fit our exact requirements".

Alastair Fearn of FHP commented:-

"The deal at Bonsers now means that half of the space at Wigwam Court is either Under Offer or occupied and we are expecting the remaining units to go quickly. Our Client is prepared to be flexible on disposal terms offering not only outright purchase but also leasing with an option to purchase".
