Kenmore Property Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Hardwick as Development Manager for Kenmore Middle East, to support the rapid growth of Kenmore's development activities based out of Dubai.
Dan brings with him approximately seven years experience in property development, two of which were gained in Dubai working with Mace. During this time he project managed three phases of the 1800 Villa residential development in Dubailand, a £500m mixed-use community development comprising a 325 hectare (803 acre) site and providing homes to approximately 10,000 people.
Before locating to Dubai in 2006, Dan was involved in the project management of Wellcome Trust's Genome Campus in Cambridgeshire and the More London Riverside Development.
In his new role, Dan will assist the delivery of existing developments in Dubai as well as support Kenmore's growth throughout the Middle East, specifically in Abu Dhabi and Qatar.
