Tritax Securities has appointed Henry Franklin CTA as Partner to advise on the legal and tax implications of its existing and future onshore and offshore funds.

As a qualified solicitor and chartered tax advisor, Henry has spent the last nine years in private practice having started his career at City firm Ashurst before joining West End firm Fladgate Fielder where he became a partner in 2007.

Henry has acquired a broad knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate tax and during the last three years has focused on real estate tax and the formation of real estate funds
