RO Developments - Appointment - UK

RO Developments is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Busby as its new Senior Commercial Manager.

Andy, will initially be responsible for managing the delivery of over 600,000 sq ft of office space in Reading and Bracknell, and will be working in collaboration with Colin Bain, Commercial Director and Phil Armitage, Commercial Manager.

Andy has joined RO Developments from Kier Property, part of the Kier Group plc, where he worked as Project Manager within the Development Team. Andy was responsible for overseeing strategic development projects, from site purchase to the practical completion of schemes.

Chris Bond, Chief Executive of RO Developments speaking on Andy's appointment, commented: "This is a great opportunity for both RO Developments and Andy. His experience in project management will greatly benefit the company."

Speaking on his new appointment, Andy Busby said: "Having worked as a surveyor and project manager on both commercial and residential projects I have a detailed understanding of the requirements of delivering high quality developments. RO Developments will provide me with new opportunities and I look forward to joining the team and working together with Colin Bain and Phil Armitage."
