Office agents at Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH's) Manchester office have reported the letting of the ground floor of Bauhaus on Quay Street in Manchester city centre.

Representing landlord Blackrock, LSH has let the 3,555 sq. ft. floor to Brilliant Independent Media Specialists Limited by way of a ten year lease at a rental of £27.50 sq ft. Cushman & Wakefield were joint agents. Edwards & Co represented Brilliant Media.

LSH associate director David Thwaites said: "Following the earlier deals to Irwin Mitchell and Gazprom, Bauhaus is now approximately 60% let. The tenants we have attracted are testament to the high quality of the building and we are therefore confident of reporting further lettings shortly."
