Industrial agents at Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have reported three lettings on behalf of CBRE Investors at Kayley Industrial Estate on Richmond Street in Ashton-under-Lyne. WHR was joint agent.

Unit 9C, which measures 4,815 sq. ft. has been let to Whitecroft Lighting for £4.00 per sq. ft. Unit 13 (568 sq. ft.) has been let to Swift Cargo Services for £5.00 per sq. ft. while Unit 4A (7,748 sq. ft.) has been taken by Thermtech for £29,055 per annum.
