NB Real Estate - Appointment - Manchester, Lancashire

NB Real Estate has strengthened its Manchester operation with two new appointments.

Martin Hamer joins NB Real Estate from Colliers CRE as Divisional Director and Alex Burgh joins as a graduate surveyor.

Martyn Markland, Director of Markets at NB Real Estate in Manchester said: "We are delighted to welcome Martin and Alex to the Manchester team. Martin has over ten years of experience in the Manchester investment market which will enable us to establish a greater Investment and Agency stronghold in the North West of England.

"These appointments reflect NB Real Estate's strategic plan to provide a full range of services to investment and occupier clients right across the UK. The newly expanded team will compliment NB's existing service platform in Manchester which already includes Building Consultancy, Corporate Real Estate, Landlord and Tenant, Property Management and Facilities Management."

The office has grown by 25% to 35 people in the last 12 months and is forecasting further growth in the years ahead.
