Savills - Appointment - Madrid, Spain

Savills has recruited Laura Rodríguez Larios to join its land and development department in its Madrid office.

Laura joins Savills from Knight Frank where she worked as a residential investment consultant in the luxury housing department. She has six years experience in property and a master in Real Estate Business Management in ICADE.

Savills land and development department in Madrid comprises three people, and is headed by José Luis Ruiz. Clients include Parquesol, Colonial, ING and Bouygues.

José Luis Ruiz, says: "Investors remain very interested in land for commercial use and view the office market as attractive in big cities, where there is more demand and higher levels of rent".
