Jomast Developments has only one floor remaining at its 28-32 Albert Road office building after Barclays added a further floor to its Middlesbrough call centre facility.

Similarly, national employment and skills agency, Working Links, has increased its local operation by a further 5,000 sq ft at Sun Alliance House, also on Albert Road.
