Matthews & Goodman - Offices Sale - Farnborough, Hampshire

Acting on behalf of Hilson Moran Partnership Limited, Matthews & Goodman's National Agency Team have simultaneously surrendered the lease of 12,500 sq ft of office accommodation at Unit B16, Southwood Business Park and acquired the ground floor of Discovery Place, Farnborough totalling 21,421 sq ft.

Matthews & Goodman also carried out the pre-acquisition survey.

The National Agency Team have also been retained to dispose of Hilson Moran's surplus space at Unit B12 on Southwood Business Park, a 7,350 sq ft modern warehouse with high office content.
