Aitchison Raffety has assisted Enterprise Insight into taking 5,986 sq ft (556m²) of first floor office space at 172 Drury Lane WC2 in the Covent Garden area of central London. The space is leased from ING Covent Garden LLP, a joint venture between ING and Rugby Estates on a five year lease at £224,475 pa, equating to £37.50 psf (£403.75 psm) subject to an option break in year three.
