Caversham Trading Ltd (t/a BrightHouse) have acquired a new lease on the above premises as a relocation for their successful operation within the town.

The premises, ground floor area 3,112 sq ft, have been acquired by way of a new effectively full repairing and insuring lease for a term of ten years subject to an upward only rent review and flexible tenant only break clause at the fifth year on a rising rental basis averaging £53,000 p.a. excl. for the first five years of the term. Caversham Trading Ltd are to receive a three month rent-free period.
