The Bristol office of Kenmore Property Group has moved to the first floor of 23 Berkeley Square.

Kenmore is a co-investing, trading and development property and fund management group active in the UK, Europe and Middle East.

They have taken the first floor suite on a new 10 year lease at a commencing rental equating to £16.50 per sq ft.
