Alder King - Industrial Sale - Avonmouth, Access 18

Property consultants Alder King have sold Unit 3 Access 18, Avonmouth to national aluminium and stainless steel distributors and stockholders, Richard Austin Alloys, on behalf of developers St Modwen in a £2.4 million deal.
The Access 18 development extends to 55 acres and is located off Kings Weston Lane, two miles north of Junction 18 of the M5.
The 28,400 sq ft distribution building forms part of the second phase of St Modwen's Access 18 development, which comprises three buildings totalling 80,000 sq ft.
Gary Higgins, regional director of Richard Austin Alloys, commented: "This is the fifth building in our national distribution network. We chose Access 18 as it's ideally located to serve our customers in the South West and South Wales."
Andrew Ridler, partner in charge of industrial agency at Alder King, commented: "Access 18's unrivalled proximity to Junction 18 of the M5 has already attracted Antalis, Flexipads and Nisbets, with further presale announcements to follow."
Russell Crofts, partner at Knight Frank added: "This scheme is now well established and we are now focusing on the master-planning of the next phase of Access 18."
