Savills - Industrial Sale - Bracknell

Goodman Property Investors, advised by Savills, has sold the entirety of Focus 4, a modern industrial unit in Bracknell, to John Guest Group of Companies for £9 million.

John Guest Group of Companies is a world-leading manufacturer of push-in fittings, pipes and plastic plumbing systems. The firm will occupy the 65,525 sq ft (6,087 sq m) industrial / warehouse unit, as well as the adjoining yard which is let short term to BMW.

Focus 4 also incorporates 3,893 sq ft (362 sq m) of office accommodation, as well as modern high quality industrial space and parking for 158 cars.

Richard Sullivan, director of Savills, comments: "Savills was brought in to advise at the beginning of the year, so we are delighted to have assisted in securing a purchase in just six months. The building is situated in a well-established industrial location and this sale underpins the fact that despite general market conditions, occupier demand remains strong."
