Diageo Pension Trust, advised by Doherty Baines, has secured Cigman & Co as a new tenant at Unit 18, Mowlem Trading Estate in Tottenham, north London.

The industrial clothing specialist has taken the 6,314 sq ft (587 sq m) unit on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £52,090.

Paul Londra, surveyor at Doherty Baines, said "Cigman & Co were attracted to this estate rather than their current local one as it is better located, more vibrant and the units are superior.

"We are still busy acquiring and disposing of industrial premises of all sizes and locations," he said.
