Yorkstream Properties Ltd has let MK1 Denbigh Road, Bletchley, Milton Keynes to Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd on a full repairing lease for the next five years.

The recently refurbished building extends to just over 105,000 ft² including 5,500 ft² of office over ground and first floors. The warehouse is designed over three bays and has a clear height of 19'8" (6 m).

Mercedes-Benz are paying a rent equating to £4.50 ft² and a rent free period of four months has been agreed. The lease allows for either party to determine the lease on the third anniversary, subject to a minimum notice period of six months.
