Ryden - Industrial Letting - Edinburgh, Scotland

For Peatallan Plc, Ryden has leased a 4,484 sq ft industrial shed with secure yardage at 26 Dunedin Street in Edinburgh to Margiotta Ltd.

The food retailer has taken the space on a 5-year lease at £7 per sq ft. It will be used for extra storage to service existing Edinburgh stores.

Gordon Archibald of Ryden said: "This property was only on the market for a matter of weeks and attracted a lot of interest in that time. This shows that there is still demand for good quality industrial space in the city centre although it has become very scarce."

Margiotta was self represented.
