Cordea Savills has sold the freehold interest in Unit 42, Canberra Road, Nursling Industrial Estate, Southampton on behalf of one of their clients, to David Samuel Properties for £4.125 million (£66 per ft²) reflecting a net initial yield of 8.25%.

The property is let to The Nuance Group (UK) Ltd on a lease expiring on 30th March 2012 at a current rent of £360,000 per annum (£5.82 psf).

The 61,808 ft² warehouse has an eaves height of 18ft and 13 loading doors, 12 of which are dock level.
