Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has sub-let Unit 8B, Point 4 Distribution Centre, Second Way in Avonmouth to Amaryllis Group plc.

Amaryllis, the first furniture and equipment facilities management organisation of its kind in the UK, has taken the unit to facilitate its south west operations. Steve Firth, Managing Director at Amaryllis Facilities Management Ltd, commented: "As part of our various contract commitments with major public sector organisations and private companies, we provide a range of service response times including two hours. Our new premises enables us to be far more efficient as well as reducing our carbon footprint through regional stockholding."
