Chancerygate Business Centres - Industrial Sale - Reading

Chancerygate Business Centres has sold two units, at its CBC Reading development.

Totaling 12,500 sq ft (1,161 sq m) the two industrial units have been sold to Stontronics, the electronic component manufacturer for £1,400,000.

Chancerygate Business Centres' director, Charlie Withers, says: "The Reading industrial market has been characterised by a lack of good quality accommodation in accessible locations. The development's quality and its proximity to the M4 have proven very popular with occupiers."

Chancerygate Business Centres was represented by Fryer Holt and Dunster & Morton.
