Anglo St James - Offices Development - Buckinghamshire

Anglo St James has commenced work on its sixth commercial scheme in Buckinghamshire - a new office development known as Metline, which will be ready for occupation in March 2009, will provide 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) of grade A, air conditioned accommodation on two floors.

The site, adjacent to the Bell Lane Office Village in Little Chalfont was the site of the former Boughton Group warehouse and will feature 40 on site car parking spaces.

Joint agent for the scheme Alan Chandler of Stupples says: "The property's complementary design uses a modern blend of glass and traditional brick will create an impressive HQ facility - ideal for occupiers that desire a landmark property in an accessible location."

Metline will be available either freehold or leasehold.
