Petside (UK) Limited has taken 1,754 sq ft (163 sq m) at The Harvey Centre, Great Portland Estates P.L.C's 37,161 sq m (400,000 sq ft) shopping centre in Harlow. The Harvey Centre is now fully let.

A 10 year lease has been agreed at a rent of £35,000 per annum, from 11 th December 1998, and is subject to a rent review in the fifth year.

Petside (UK) Limited which sells domestic pets, accessories and associated products, has taken Units 52 & 53 on the first floor of The Harvey Centre. The new outlet opened on 12 th December 1998 and trades alongside retailers which include Next, Sole Trader, Olympus, Argos and Sega Park.

Established in 1992, Petside (UK) Limited currently has six retail operations and one franchise, all of which are located within the M25 region. The newly let units in Harlow are part of its 1999 expansion programme in which it plans to open a further three to four new shops.
