King Sturge - Offices Letting - Exeter, Exeter Business Park

A new office development based at Exeter Business Park has now been fully let to a national occupier, according to joint letting agents Alder King and King Sturge.
Swallowtail House, which offers 14,000 sq ft of high specification and ecologically designed office space, has been let to First DataBank PLC in two stages. First DataBank PLC originally took the first and second floor of the development six months ago and has now also taken the ground floor. Alder King, acting as joint agents with King Sturge let the ground floor to them on a lease term of 15 years with a break clause at 10 years.
George Turnbull, surveyor at Alder King said: "Swallowtail House is an important new edition to Exeter Business Park. The park has attracted a number of high profile organisations including The Met Office, BT, EDG Energy, Rok Plc, Ashfords and First DataBank PLC is an important addition."
He continued "The development has a number of eco friendly features which has certainly helped to secure its success and there is no doubt that Exeter Business Park is the city's prime business park providing a range of individual buildings and access to the city centre."
