Haslams - Offices Letting - Winnersh

Commercial property agent, Haslams, jointly with Vail Williams, has acted on behalf of a fund managed by commercial property investment specialist, Pinder Fry & Benjamin ("PFB"), to agree the letting of 2,648 sq ft of new office space at Winnersh Fields.

Winnersh Fields, a brand new development by Business Homes, consists of two-storey office buildings ranging from 2,648 sq ft to 6,168 sq ft. The offices offer Grade A accommodation with air conditioning, allocated car parking, a kitchen on each floor and on-site security.

Haslams agreed terms with Kinnarps UK Limited, who will occupy Unit 6 on a ten year lease. Kinnarps is a family owned Swedish company offering workspace interior solutions and has some 200 showrooms all over Europe. The company is expanding as part of a strategy of bringing complete working environment solutions to the local small and medium sized enterprise market, as well as catering to FTSE 100 companies. Marc Bird, Kinnarps UK head of marketing, commented: "The office space we have taken at Winnersh Fields complements our business model and its location in the heart of the Thames Valley works well for us".

Of the three buildings at Winnersh Fields owned by the PFB fund, only Unit 7, which provides 2,648 sq ft of space across two floors, remains available.

Winnersh Fields is located close to the junction of the A329(M) which connects Reading, Bracknell and Junction 10 of the M4, and is within three to four minutes walk of Winnersh Triangle main line train station.
