Savills - Offices Letting - High Wycombe

Skillbond, advised by Savills and Duncan & Bailey-Kennedy, has let the second and third floors at Artisan in High Wycombe to IFS UK.

IFS UK is the UK operation of IFS, a business application software provider, headquartered in Sweden. This letting marks a very significant expansion for the company, which has taken 33,784 sq ft (3,139 sq m) on a 10-year lease at a rent of £15.00 per sq ft (£161.00 per sq m), equating to £506,000 per annum. The space totals 45% of the building and leaves 42,117 sq ft (3,912 sq m) to let on the ground and first floors.

Skillbond has recently invested over £2m in refurbishing the building to significantly upgrade the office space, improve external landscaping and create an on site restaurant.
