Following the acquisition of two properties in the local area in the last few months Innes England is pleased to announce an additional letting to Greggs the Baker at 65 Bracebridge Drive, Bilborough, Nottingham.

The property is currently being transformed by Greggs high specification refit that will reflect the company's well-recognised branding.

The premises occupy a ground floor retail unit in a mid terrace location with operators in the vicinity including Boots Pharmacy, Lloyds Bank, Bargain Booze and the Co-op.

Greggs have taken a new 15-year lease for ground floor sales of 900 sq ft.
