Property consultants Alder King have let 2 Southernhay West on behalf of a private investor.

Utopia, a commercial interior design and build company have taken the 617 sq ft mid terraced Georgian building on a new five year lease at a rent of £8,000 per annum. Utopia design and build commercial interiors and have recently completed an office refurbishment of international engineering consultancy EC Harris's regional office in Exeter, as well as their Bristol and Cardiff headquarters.
