Savills - Retail Letting - Cologne, Germany

Savills has obtained a retail unit at Ehrenstraße 6, Cologne on behalf of Ben Sherman.

The British fashion retailer will open in the autumn of this year. The 140 sq m (1,506 sq ft) unit is located in a highly popular area of Cologne.

Ben Sherman will also open its first flagship store in Berlin this year.

Thomas Pasiecznik, senior consultant of Savills retail in Germany, says: "To date, Ben Sherman collections has been available through concessions in larger stores in Germany. The decision to open monobrand stores is representative of demand for international fashion brands, and strong confidence in the German consumer."
