E A Shaw, the central London property advisor, has announced the promotion of Rhys Evans, Paul Dart and Jamie Gunning to salaried partners.

Rhys Evans joined E A Shaw in 2001 and is responsible for commercial agency development and disposal in Covent Garden, Soho and Midtown.

Paul Dart has been with E A Shaw for four years. At E A Shaw Paul focuses on commercial agency and property acquisitions for tenants and occupiers.

Jamie Gunning has been with E A Shaw for six years and is responsible for residential development advice, sales and acquisitions.
