Savills - Retail Letting - Scarborough

The Prudential Assurance Company, advised by Savills, has let Unit 23 at Brunswick Shopping Centre in Scarborough to Publishers Book Clearance.

The book retailer has agreed a new three-year lease on the unit totaling 988 sq ft (92 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £27,500.

Other tenants at the scheme include Debenhams, Argos, Topshop/Topman, New Look, JD Sports and Dorothy Perkins.

The Prudential Assurance Company was advised by Savills and Reesdenton Publishers Book Clearance was unrepresented.
