twentyretail have acquired another central London property for Caffè Nero on the Hammersmith Roundabout.

The property which formerly traded as O'Briens sandwich bar comprises a ground floor of 853 sq ft, a first floor of 643 sq ft and a further 553 sq ft in the basement.

Caffè Nero have taken an assignment of a lease which expires in November 2013 at a passing rent of £45,000 pax.

A premium of £50,000 was paid to the assignee for the benefit of this leasehold interest.

O'Briens were represented by Whitby-Smith.

Caffè Nero were represented by twentyretail.
