Tiger Developments - Mixed-Use Development - London

Tiger Developments has received outline permission for its 6,690 sq m (72,000 sq ft) mixed-use scheme on Clerkenwell Road, London; the final development is expected to achieve an end value of approximately £40 million.

The investment and development company is set to develop the area into approximately 2,787 sq m (30,000sq ft) of high specification offices over the basement, 743 sq m (8,000 sq ft) of ground floor retail and five upper floors.

The Clerkenwell development site, which was purchased from Danescroft in November 2007 for £11 million, adds to Tiger's London development portfolio which already includes Granville Road in Golders Green and Rushworth Street in Southwark.

Agents appointed for the scheme include: Farebrother for commercial, Morgan Williams and Davis Coffer for retail and Hurford Salvi Carr for residential.
