Briggs & Forrester - Offices Development - Milton Keynes

Leading building services contractor Briggs & Forrester has been awarded a £1 million fit out by Marriott Construction Ltd.

The works, on behalf of client Delloite & Touche, are due to commence in August 2008 with completion in early 2009.

The fit-out, which forms part of the prestigious Pinnacle MK project includes meeting and seminar rooms, reception area, staff facilities and data installations.

The Pinnacle project, which is a joint venture between Hampton Brook and Aberdeen Property Investors, is a 250,000 sq ft office development at Midsummer Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes which is to be completed in June 2009. The building is serviced from the Milton Keynes CHP infrastructure and will achieve a BREEAM "excellent" rating.
