Wellington 2004 Estate, advised by Churston Heard part of Jones Lang LaSalle, has let Unit 11 Wellington Square, Stockton on Tees to Bodyshop.

The ethical cosmetic retailer has taken the 1,525 sq ft (141 sq m) ground floor retail property has been taken on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £60,000.

Bodyshop was advised by Savills.
