Hortons - Industrial Development - Coventry

The development of a prime industrial site in Coventry is now well advanced, and is on schedule to complete later this year.

It's full steam ahead for Hortons' speculative 27,000 sq ft development at Wayside, which is progressing at a rapid pace by contractors Quantum Construction. The site is now well into its third phase, with the roof on and steel frame completed.

Wayside 3 represents part of Hortons' £5 million investment in the site, and is being developed to meet the continuing demand for well located distribution and industrial space in the area, appealing to a variety of occupiers.

Situated 600 metres from Junction 3 of the M6, Wayside is exceptionally well located within an industrial hot spot, and just 15 minutes from Coventry city centre.

As Richard Norgrove, estate manager of Hortons explained: "Wayside represents our flagship investment in Coventry and the development of this third phase has reinforced our confidence in future investment plans in the area.

"We are looking to expand our industrial portfolio at present and aim to capitalise on a host of development schemes across the region."

Coventry based agents Shortland Horne and D&P Holt are marketing the development on Hortons' behalf.
