Zurich Assurance Ltd care of Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd, advised by Strutt & Parker, has taken a surrender of Topshop/Topman's existing lease on 125-127 Fishergate, Preston.
The unit has been reconfigured to produce 12,507 sq ft of retail space and has been re-let to Topshop/Topman on a new 15 year lease subject to five yearly rent reviews at a commencing rent of £476,000 per annum.
CBRE acted for Topshop/Topman (Arcadia Group Ltd).
