Goadsby, acting on behalf of private vendors have sold the freehold shop and café at 4a Bedford Place, Southampton to European Property Systems Limited for a price of £331,800.

The former sandwich bar and take-away had a ground floor area of 749 sq ft with a self-contained two bedroom flat on the first floor, all in need of some modernisation and refurbishment.
